The Service Centre is our central point of contact for any service and maintenance works on your BÖCKER device. Here in Werne, we dispose of the necessary equipment and a qualified service team to carry out a complete check-up for you. We will identify all defects so that you get back your machine in near-mint condition. The Service Centre also provides you with all necessary tests in accordance with current regulations on accident prevention (UVV) as well as all other expert tests. In addition to that our Service Team here in Werne provides you with further key benefits.
You are planning a new project and there are doubts that your machine will stand up to the expected loads? Our team in the Service Centre will be glad to assist you regarding these concerns. No matter if there is an urgent technical question or you need strategic advice, we place our experience at your disposal.
Large service fleet - Always on the road for you
The Service Centre offers training and instruction, too. When a new product is delivered, a member of our Service team will give the customer technical instructions for safe working with the device. In addition to that we regularly offer training courses for all our service partners concerning the whole product range of BÖCKER. Therefore we can guarantee that all our partners provide you with the sophisticated service standards we offer to you here in Werne.
Special opening hours
Our Service Centre has special opening hours. So even if the Head Office might be closed yet, our Service team is still available for you. Thus we can assure you that there is a contact person who will be glad to help you and whom you can directly hand out your machine. Even on Saturdays, our Service Centre opens for you from 7.00 to 12.00. And should there occur an urgent problem outside the opening hours you can still call our 24-hour-service.
Service Teams in Kassel, Leipzig and Munich
For all technical concerns Böcker has official Service Bases in Germany. No matter if it regards UVV testing, maintenance or repair works on Böcker devices. All services which are offered by our Customer Service Centre in Werne, are equally performed by our Service Teams in Kassel, Leipzig and Munich.
Full service and short distances – this is our simple formula which provides customers in Germany with key benefits. Long journeys do not apply anymore because all Böcker Service Bases offer the same service, the same quality and outstanding availability of spare parts.
Mobile Service
When a defect occurs, it turns out to be very time consuming or sometimes not even possible to dismantle the machine and carry it either to our Customer Service Centre here in Werne or to one of our service partners. And because of the different consecutive projects, there is often hardly any time to perform the necessary maintenance.
Therefore Böcker provides you with a mobile service. By request, we send our Service Van directly to you, to carry out the necessary work on-site. The outstanding equipment of our vehicle enables us to perform maintenance and UVV testing without any difficulty. In the majority of cases we can also fix defects directly on the spot. Consequently transportation to the next service point is no longer applicable.
